Engineering design consultancy, several offices
Starting and leaving used to depend on who remembered what. We turned both into a written process: accounts cloned from a colleague in the same office, licences and groups checked, and a follow-up the next working day to confirm MFA is set up or the leaver can no longer sign in. SharePoint storage that had filled with years of old file versions was audited and brought back under control.
Twenty-two websites, one vulnerability
When a security flaw in a popular Joomla template framework was published on 29 October 2026, eighteen of the sites we look after were affected. By 1 November every one had been backed up, updated and re-checked, and every site was still working. The site owners did not have to do anything.
Local food producer's online shop
Card payments on a busy online shop were quietly failing, and orders were being lost. We traced the fault to an optional payment add-on, switched it off and got orders flowing again, then rebuilt the site on a modern, faster theme.
