Joomla 5 sites
Joomla 5 stops getting security fixes in October 2027.
If your site runs on Joomla 5, it needs to move to Joomla 6 before then. We do the upgrade as a fixed-price project on a staging copy, test it, and switch over without downtime. Pair it with a care plan and the site stays current from then on.

Can I keep my current host?
Yes, on the Essential plan we can look after a site wherever it is hosted, as long as we can connect our monitoring. Business and Commerce include hosting with us.
Do you build new websites?
Yes. We build and rebuild Joomla and WordPress sites, quoted as a project, and then look after them on a care plan.
What happens if my site is hacked?
We restore it from a clean backup, close the hole and tell you what happened. Clean-up is included on Commerce and quoted on the other plans.
What is in the monthly report?
Updates applied, backups completed, audit results, uptime and SSL status, and a simple grade showing whether the site meets our standard.
Is there a contract?
No lock-in. Plans run month to month.
