Delivered ready to use, with the old device wiped or reclaimed if you want.
Warranty and replacement
We keep track, so you do not have to.
Every device we supply or look after has its warranty dates on record. When something fails under warranty, we handle the claim. When machines are due for replacement, you hear about it in time to budget, not when one dies.

Order hardware and accessories online at live NZ prices. Managed IT clients will be able to log in for their approved device list and contract pricing.
Until then, ask us for a quote and we will usually reply the same day.
Questions
Common questions about buying hardware.
Can I buy just one laptop?
Yes. One device or fifty, the quote and the set-up are the same.
Do I need a managed IT plan to buy from you?
No. Anyone can buy from us. Managed IT clients get contract pricing and devices set up to their existing standard.
Can you set up a device we bought somewhere else?
Yes. We can configure and enrol hardware you already own, charged at our normal rate.
How long does it take?
Most in-stock laptops are set up and delivered within a few working days. Workstations and larger orders depend on stock, and the quote will say.
