This website is run by Inlet Technology Corporation Limited, trading as Inlet Technologies ("we", "us"). By using the website you agree to these terms. They are governed by New Zealand law.

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but it is general information, not advice for your particular situation. Please talk to us before relying on it for an important decision.
Prices on this website are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST unless stated. "From" prices are a starting point; your quote will confirm the price for your business.
Free tools
The free tools on this website, including PDF Rotator, DRW Inspector and Shrinkwise, are provided as they are, without charge and without any warranty. They run on your own computer and do not send your files to us. Keep a copy of anything important before you use them. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from their use.
Links to other websites
Where we link to other websites, such as Microsoft or TeamViewer, we do so for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot be excluded.
Terms of trade
When you engage us for services or buy equipment, our terms of trade apply. In summary:
- Project work is quoted before it starts, and quotes are valid for 30 days.
- Managed IT and website care plans run month to month, with 30 days' notice to end them.
- Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date, unless your agreement with us says otherwise.
- Equipment remains ours until it is paid for in full. Manufacturer warranties apply, and we handle warranty claims for you.
- Where you buy goods or services for business purposes, you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply, as allowed by section 43 of that Act.
